I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned.
One of the vehicles, it was suggested I get rid of it soon, as it was going to be costly to repair and not worth the investment.

the customer service was courteous and professional!! I'm a regular customer and my vehicle didn't get very clean from the drive threw.I went to the laundry part and talked to Jared Green he set me up to go threw again and still the car wasn't clean .
