Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.

Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. Just adjusted one little thing and sent me on my way. Budget Brake and Muffler is an excellent place for your car for any issues and I���ve been going there while living in Coquitlam and now Maple Ridge for 12 years.

Idk what the other review is talking about but this shop doesn’t deserve a 1 star on yelp. They have the most knowledgeable front desk guy I’ve ever encountered. They they are a fast (often same day as drop off) efficient (don’t charge you for stuff you don’t need when they easily could) and communicative shop. They also have the Zeus computer readers which are much better then the readers other shops are using in Abbotsford.

I was driving a 2013 Kia Rio and absolutely loved it! after driving it for 2 years and the over 240,000 KMs from the previous owner I did have to say goodbye to it. I came to applewood looking for the exact same vehicle, model and color and to my surprise John had my Exact car on the lot!
John was extremally knowledgeable and friendly with me, he and Nelson made sure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle. Jenny and Gagan in the finance office were patient, helpful and made sure I felt confident.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I went there 20 yrs ago when Hans owned the shop . He was amazing super nice very reasonable prices . The best . He knew his stuff. I had an issue on my way out of town he played with a couple wires n off I went . It seems he no longer owns the shop .
