i though that all Dealerships were about was the mighty dollar but it gives me great pleasure to let everybody know that the people at Columbia Chrysler in Richmond are the most carring and proffesional people that i have ever had the pleasure to meet.
the sales experiance was easey and pleasant, but the service experiance was FANTASTIC the people in the service department realy care about what they do and also the people that they deal with.
i rate a perfect 10 great job guys, very classy people.

Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.

I just bought my very first Jeep Wrangler Sport!!! I am so happy with my Wrangler!
My salesman was Fawzi Yehya, he was very helpful and nice. I went in knowing I wanted a 2 door Wrangler, but needed help with designing it for me. Fawzi went through everything with me to help me decide what I wanted with my new Jeep, he took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. After that was the financing, that took time too! I was very pleased with the repair service, and the follow up service they provided. Good, prompt, efficient and friendly. The first claim was an ICBC repair but then they were very helpful in the follow up when I thought something was wrong.
