We were traveling from the US with an RV towing a Ford Escape in late August. The Escape has a Remco transmission pump installed to keep the transmission cool. The pump was malfunctioning. We called the Remco Company and our local service garage. None of their suggestions worked. We finally stopped to see Mike at High River, replaced the old fluid with synthetic and it solved the problem. This guy is good, fast, inexpensive. He saved our day. Have been on the road for 2 months with no trouble.

Discount Lethbridge has the ultimate best Customer Service in Alberta. I would really like to give a commendation to your employee Sharon. Sharon goes way above her call of duty. She will bend over backwards to help a customer in need. You could never ask for a better employee like Sharon. If I was able to rate Sharon I would give her a score of 30 as she has exceptional Customer Service to every customer that comes into this location.

Went in for a damaged grill, the service manager was amazing, fixed my baby and the price couldn't be beat!!! Everyone here is so professional and I've been happy with this dealership since I started visiting in 2003.

My experience with this company was nothing short of the best....being self employed, and given our current economy....a scary place to be...every day I expected to get a call from the dealership to tell me they could no longer hold my car....but that call never came...they hung in with me while I got everything in place, then stepped in to ensure I was confident in my new purchase and all it's features...a great team at Milestone Mazda, I would recommend to anyone!!!
