hello my name is Brian H and I'd like to give a big thumbs up to Nicks for what happened today! After driving to all my regular spots to have a small project of an amazon hood ornament installed without any luck as a last effort I pulled into Nicks on my way home! After a short explanation of what I needed done Nick said pull it in and we'll see what we can do for you! Long story short after about 30 - 40 mins job done and at checkout NO CHARGE!!!!! Very happy with the level of service provided by this company. Honestly went above and beyond what could be expected. The truck was picked up same day as the call, diagnosed that day and repaired by next morning. All repairs were explained and came with a great warranty! We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly.
