My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

Great staff! They do good work here. Had some car trouble while visiting Courtenay and the staff were able to quickly fix the issue on my Subaru. Not being from the area, I took a chance taking my car to Andy's and wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend this company!

Exceptional Professional Service from everyone involved in the purchase of our preowned Toyota truck needed immediately for work commute due to an encounter with a deer.

We came up for 10 days vacation when our BMW started running very rough with no BMW service station on the Coast. I called Wayne and he said he was booked for the week but to bring it in. On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate.
