Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. The staff @ Southside always explain things in a way I understand while making me feel respected & valued. & they are enjoyable 2 chat with while waiting. Thanks guys!!

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. Highly recommend!

We had motorcycle problems in Rocky and thru CAA got these guys. We had requested a deck truck and thats what showed up. The driver was very personable and professional, got us loaded up and hauled us in to Red Deer, unloaded and on his way. Prompt and professional, clean equipment, top marks from me!

Was very impressed by the service and the way I was treated. They were busy but managed to get me in and finished in a timely manner. The owner was very helpful and supportive. Would recommend to anyone. Suprised by the negative feedback I have read. Makes me wonder if maybe there was something wrong with that customer, because they were GREAT!!

I started going to A and J Automotive several years ago.He is an amazing mechanic and he is honest.As a woman going to a mechanic, he is the best I have ever dealt with. He explains everything to you and lets you know all of the options available.I have recommended several friends there over the years and they have been thrilled as well.I will always go here first.I have never been surprised by a bill, other than it was a lot less than it would have been elsewhere. Highly recommended by me.
