I entered this place of business this past Saturday looking for a new phone and that's when I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy.
Shopping being one of my biggest pet peeves and not being the most tech savvy person on this planet, Tracy, you gave me one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I've ever had. I totally agree with the other review. I am new to Nanaimo and had a huge landscaping job where many truck loads of blast rock had to be removed from around the house and a retaining wall built. The project was difficult. Darren and his crew not only did everything to my specifications, they did it very professionally within a few days. I appreciate Darren's oversight to ensure that we were happy and that the work was done right. His work is excellent value!
