Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.

I had several tree's large an small that needed to be trim or removed. Adam came out had a look devised a good plan quoted it explained option to both my wife and i about the different options. Arrived promptly a couple days later and efficiently completed the work. The price quoted was what I paid and it was pleasant experience getting the work done. I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. The floor nurses were amazing. Anna, Kayla and Sara were my compassionate and caring team. Thank you

Adam the owner is a great guy! He is honest, reliable and works very efficiently.
Adam's price was very fair. He arrived on time when he said he would. He had all the special equipment to take down my spruce tree; he removed the stump below ground level and did a thorough clean up of the area ... all in less than 2 hrs!
He is very knowledgeable about trees and offered good advice.

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Dr Moore is friendly and personable. I had all of my questions answered and did not feel that I was being rushed through. His staff are all friendly too. He also has strict Covid protocols in place, so you feel safe having an eye exam.

Had such an awesome experience with Klomps. We had a landscape design created and installed by Klomps and from the beginning we felt welcomed and no pressure.
