I have been using Ruffsport for over 3 years. Heather and her facilities are absolutely amazing. Her love and care for our dogs is beyond believable. Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Dr Moore is friendly and personable. I had all of my questions answered and did not feel that I was being rushed through. His staff are all friendly too. He also has strict Covid protocols in place, so you feel safe having an eye exam.

Called them on a Wednesday, Bryan came to look at the job that evening and then they came on Thursday and cut the tree down, trimmed the other one and cleaned up everything. They are totally awesome. My front yard looks so neat and clean now. Would certainly recommend them to anyone having tree work done. Certainly give them a 5 star rating. Maureen
