It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. Great educator, knowledgeable instructor, well prepared and very entertaining. Lorraine is very flexible, she will go to your place to tech your staff at your convenience time. All of us at Fantastic Nails and Spa would like to thank you Lorraine for coming to our salon on a Sunday to teach us First Aids and CPR. We all had learned a lot from you. Great service at a time we needed it most. Flood waters stormed our basement and hit our furnace. I called Hy-Pro and the next day on a Saturday they were in and had the furnace up and going. Also pointed out and fixed some fittings and valves that werent to code. Thanks again guys

Had them fix a leak in the foundation in the basement of my house. They were great to work with and came exactly when they said they would. Fixed the leak and cleaned up so well you might not have known they were there. Highly recommend working with James and Vince. Hopefully I won't need them again but I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Had such an awesome experience with Klomps. We had a landscape design created and installed by Klomps and from the beginning we felt welcomed and no pressure. All the staff are so professional, knowledgeable, understanding, polite, patient, acceptable, and creative. We would highly recommend Klomps to anybody as they helped us turn our dream landscaping needs to now our dream front and backyard. Another job that we were very impressive with! Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!
