All their vehicles come certified and E-tested, as well most of them come with a power train warranty. I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.

As first time RVers we were not sure what we could tow behind our 2016 Dodge Caravan. Being young seniors we were so impressed with the R-Pod 190 we bought it on the spot.The sales service was fantastic and had us ready to roll by July 2018.They blinged out our Van with a trailer hitch and power brakes for trailer and electrical hookup.They made sure we understood everything before we left their yard. We went camping every weekend until October. We are so happy to deal with MsPhils..

I bought a used mini-van from Sam. It needed a couple of issues fixed and he looked after them quite fast. He and his family that work at the dealership are very friendly and seem quite concerned about their sales. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Sam.
