Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. They will take all the hassle out of shopping for tires and teach you a thing or two. I'm so happy with my experience here and will be returning for tims for my daily driver. Thanks so much guys

Just bought a great BMW 528i from Downsview Place Auto Group. Low mileage, great price. They did the safety themselves at a little extra. And a 4-yr extended warranty. The dealership was very professional and maintained the excellent customer service after I received my qx60 .They took care of any issues that arose right away to ease my stress. All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!
