I just wanted to write a quick note to say how wonderful bracebridge animal hospital was when we lost our beloved dog. The staff was extremely kind and caring. We came to them in need in the middle of the night and without a question they were there to help in any way. The act that pushed me over the top to write this was when I checked our mail about a week after and there was a beautiful card with our girls paw print that they had taken in ink. So nice and thoughtful! Thank you again.

Such a wonderful clinic! It’s so nice to go somewhere that really knows exotic pets. The entire place feels like a big, happy family. I saw both doctors with each of my rabbits- one sick and one for a spay- and wow! The care we received was incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have an exotic pet!

We took our dog here after he got into some mouse poison when we first moved into our new cottage. Once we brought him there they did a full check on him and the mouse poison, determined that the specific type wasn't as harmful to dogs as to rodents. He turned out to be fine. But these veterinarians were the most friendly and caring I have dealt with and treated our little guy with so much love. We felt very comfortable with him in their hands.

This is definitely the vet that you should choose! I drive 3 hrs round trip just to utilize the excellent care offered by Dr. Ayres + clinic staff. The clinic is pristine, the staff are caring, informed, and knowledgable. I feel that I am always fully informed, and every time I have brought my pet for procedures I have received multiple follow up calls from both Dr. Ayres and the clinic staff to ensure that my pet was recovering well. I can't think of anything that they could do better!

We just recently had to put our beloved Bihler to rest. He was a mastiff 4 years young. The staff was awesome I think I called almost everyday with questions concerning his cancer diagnosis. They answered every question. There are angels that walk amonst us, when the day came Leanne and Amy came to our house we all 4 sat on the floor with Bihler, loving and reassuring him until his last breath. Thank You for your compassion.
