We cannot thank you enough for the compassion and care that you provided for our dog Bailey.Even though we were there for the first time we were so welcomed and cared for in our time of need and sorrow. The staff here were fantastic. We came in during an emergency situation and they were great. During a crisis situation we were vulnerable and after the fact we were appreciative they treated us with respect and didn't try to take advantage of us.

Very caring and professional staff! Our dog loves visiting the girls at Lakeshore and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They take the time to explain all of our treatment options and make sure we understand the results. We wouldn’t take our girl anywhere else!
