Just in time for the holidays. We would give Harry more than 5 stars if possible. We are thrilled with how clean and fresh the carpets turned out both in our office, as well as our home. We also had the upholstery cleaned - it all looks as new! He was professional, punctual and did the work with personality plus. We have a rental home as well so once the tenants are out, we will definitely call on Harry to do a top to bottom of the place. Best rates in town, thanks so much Harry!

We recently had our deck refinished and our railings replaced with glass railings, and we are very pleased with the results. The job was done in a timely manner, the workmanship was terrific, and the staff were very communicative and easy to work with. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and our timeline. We are repeat customers. Outlooks owner does such beautiful work that you are going to want to just keep coming back until every room feels like it belongs in a magazine. Custom items we have had made are drapery, valances, bedding, cushions, upholstered storage bench made and re-styled dining room chairs and drapery from our previous home. Could not recommend more highly.

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

I’ve been going to Saanich Rentals for over 25 years and the service has always been excellent. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They always go the extra mile. When parts were no longer available for my old chainsaw, they figured out how to fix it. I recently bought a new chainsaw and the service is outstanding. They always take the time with their customers and make them feel special. I always recommend them to my friends.

The attention to detail and the client care provided by the Dave and his crew was excellent. So professional and friendly that it prompts this, my first ever review of a service. While needing asbestos removal is a giant pain they made it the best possible experience and left the site in a clean and safe condition. They adjusted the work scope as needed and kept me informed at every turn. I'd 100% use them again.
