Purdys Mechanical came into my home, installed a new propane furnace for us.No mess, very efficient, came and set up when they said they would be there.No waiting for them! Very helpful on showing us how to change filters an settings on furnace. Highly recommend this company :)

Dr David Sharer was my denturist when he was in Oshawa. I came all the way from Oshawa just to see him, as I needed a relining of my upper denture. He did, as usual, an amazing job. Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to all my friends.

I was so pleasantly surprised: 1) outstanding service and information from both people in the store recently. 2) the selection in the store is amazing 3) have expanded their stock of really interesting sports items as well as accessories. I saw some of the nicest handbags and wallets and shoes that I have seen in a while.
