amazing customer service!! Both employees jumped in to help me finish my package to meet the UPS pickup. They both went out of their way to ensure that my parcel made it to Missouri before Christmas. I recently became acquainted with Dr. Sandhu and the staff at Bayshore Optometric when I needed a new pair of glasses. I would say the service they provide is outstanding. They have the latest in technology - I even had a panoramic photo done of the inside of my eye, never had that before. The staff are great and Dr. Sandhu is friendly and smart. Their hours are amazing there so there is no problem getting an appointment evenings or weekends. Very happy with my prescription.

I've been dealing with this store for many years. Now, with everything going on, I order through the phone and the experience is just as good as it is in the store. For small things, I do go in but for everything else, over the phone. The amazing person I deal with is Tom V. The experience through the phone is incredible, just like in the store. Tom is pleasant and knows what he is taking about. Very professional. I highly recommend this store. I would give more than 10 If I could.
