Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. Because of my experience with this business, I have become a repeat customer.

I am a widow who needed to clean the glass BETWEEN my two glass panels in my stove door. I couldn't believe that it was possible but guess what?. The door was lifted, then dismantled and with a little bit of good glass cleaning and reassemble, my stove looks as good a new! OUTSTANDING SERVICE....frances

We’ve purchased a refrigerator and a front-loader washer/dryer set from Barcelona. The price we paid is about 1/2 of new. They came with a 1 year warranty. Great selection in the showroom and very helpful sales reps. They deleivered on-time and removed our old units.
Our refrigerator had an issue with the compressor. We called at 6pm on a Friday and spoke with Yuri — by 8:30 the same evening, it was repaired!! Fantastic service. We are replacing our stove with them next.

I manage several rental properties and have purchased many different appliances from Barcelona. Service has always been very good. I did have a warranty issue on one appliance and the problem was addressed immediately. The appliance ended up being replaced with no problem at all.
