Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

I found both the parent company out of Bellevelle and the repair men out of Port Sydney to be very professional and very competent. The were very responsive, showed up when they said they would and most importantly FIXED the brand new refrigerator that didn't work from new. Both Mike and Todd were excellent.

Awesome friendly service! He came when we had booked, called to confirm prior, and worked quickly, showed me what part was broken, and had the part to repair it with him! He was in and had my dryer fixed in an hour all for a resonable if not inexpensive cost! I will definately call again if something else breaks!
