Mike has been servicing our Miele and Subzero appliances for a number of years. He is very knowledgeable about appliances and is in a position to deal with high end units. We are kept well informed of wait time for replacement parts. We find him to be a pleasure to deal with and know from a mutual acquaintance that he is very generous to folk less fortunate than him.

Great service! From the time I called, until my fridge was repaired, I was very pleased with the service. The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions. Waited a week for the part to come in, which I felt was acceptable. I would not hesitate to call them for service in the future!
