Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.

I really appreciated the honesty of this business owner and the price was very reasonable. I brought: a dehumidifier, rhoomba vacuum, and a Kenmore vacuum to him. After checking them out he said the dehumidifier would cost too much for parts but fixed both vacuums.
