My daughter bought a fridge and it is over 5 years old and still working well.
I could not find this place and walked into King Appliances. Big mistake. First one all my meat went bad. Second fridge has a water bubbling noise and smells like rotten. I would not call them again if this stops working. I will make sure to find Queen Appliances

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. We had a small problem upon delivery that was dealt with in minutes - so much better to deal with an independent retailer who can make things happen quickly.
