We have been a residential customer of Fresh Water for over 15 years. We recently had to have our water softener fixed, there were issues and Phil and his team had to return several times, text and call to eventually solve the problem and get our equipment up and running correctly. There were no added charges/fees. Customer service at its finest. We intend to be long time customers. Thank you Phil and team!

Not sure why people are saying terrible slow service I had a great customer service experience! This is my 1st time to this location. I ordered a Grande Latte. The service was very good and staff was friendly and I received the Latte in less than 3 min and it was made perfectly. Will comeback here. Amazing location!!!

The owner/manager also offered me fresh coffee as my coffee got warm while understanding the payment concern. They also made my order for banana chocolate chip brownie complimentary. The coffee was perfect as I wanted. And kudos to Tabassum (the staff) who just made my experience even better. Go and visit.

I really like this restaurant. It will have your order ready within 10 minutes. If I'm ever working from home or just don't have time to cook, this is very quick and feasible option. The other day, I placed an order for a slightly spicy meal and went home. I found the meal too spicy for my taste so I asked if I could get a milder version. They just asked me to bring the original meal back & they provided me a fresh meal according to my liking within 10 minutes. Now, that's good customer service. By the way, the prices are pretty good during lunch time.

I have been ordering flowers, either pick-up or delivery from Flowers by MGM at Centerpoint Mall, and their service and helpfulness has been excellent. Every person I have sent flowers to have had nothing but good things to say was they have received.
