I have been to this salon 3 times, once before C-19 and twice since. Each time I have gotten in easily, I wash my own hair, of course. Such good hairdressers and even masked they are pleasant and comfortable to be getting my hair worked on. I love the cut and the time they give me.

Went to Jenny today for the second time, she did amazing better then what I expected. I did a major change I was nervous about but after getting the colour and cut I wish I did it sooner. never trusting anyone else with my hair!! the staff was all super friendly and welcoming. 10000/10 experience. I went to Merle Norman; East Village today for a pedicure after doing 2 weeks of research on the internet to find a suitable salon that is clean and friendly....Jenny and my esthetician Jessie were both friendly and attentive. I think I have found my new pedicure home.

This was my first time to Chatters and I had a great experience with their stylist Kim. He created a great look for me to where I am very happy. Kim is very talented, creative, professional and very personable.
