The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!

We were visiting Kingston on Sunday when our windsheild was shattered. We called around trying to get a replacement windshield and despite being closed, the owners came in and gave us a temporary fix that would get us home safely. They then sent someone out the following day (we live 3hrs from the store) to replace our windshield. The service we received at Discount Auto Glass was excellent and we would highly recommend them.

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

I've had an excellent experience with EK Energy Kingston. Mike G was on time for his visits to my house, and knowledgable when discussing my proposed window project. When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests. EK provided a written proposal initially, and a new one when we changed the plan. I had a lot of questions, and they treated me with respect. Great people to work with.
