Great customer service and excellent, clean work.
They got back to me very quickly and always kept me informed. I was very impressed on how clean they kept their work area and tidied up after they were done. The workmanship was better then I imagined. They took the time to inform me of which products were better quality and why. Bottom line, great service, great workmanship and great price.

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.
