Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.

Brian was a great salesman we went in and he did everything possible to get us in to our Mazda 3 that we absolutely love. Brian was friendly and one of the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with. We definitely recommend him and this dealership. He is a man of his word and we will definitely be going back for another vehicle soon.
