John Paradise made our experience exceptional. He really cares about the customer and the customers needs. When I bought a new vehicle he noticed Real Insurance had not transferred over my current coverage and instead charged me for another coverage I did not need. I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!

We are dealing with a vehicle right off accident with Icbc not our fault and Harry at Hertz was very helpful understanding compassionate and real to deal with. We dealt with the one Icbc recommended to bill directly on the corner of bay and government and they never kept their promises. The manager was terrible to deal with and the staff appeared robotic. They were awful. I recommend Hertz.

Our car broke down on higway we called Horizion towing quick answer thy were very generous ? Great service and right on time! Driver was super friendly and highly skilled and I am quite pleased with the service I received and the overall experience.

I recently visited this clinic in search of better hearing protection while playing with my band. With 4 guitars, sax, harmonica, bass and drums it can get pretty loud. The trouble is everything I've tried is too muffled and they make it very difficult to sing. Dr Marynewich suggested dB Blockers musicians earplugs by Etymotic Research. They have different filters to suit your situation. They are SO comfortable and work great. She was very helpful and so was her office manager Maria. Recommended

We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal

We had Don of Hudson Bay Charters haul our boat from storage near Chemainus down to the dock in Ladysmith. It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. We really appreciate his ability and friendly manner. We will hire him again anytime!!
