I highly recommend Sweet Pete's. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to detail. I recently rented a bike from Sweet Pete's so I could join the local group rides. The staff set me up with a sweet ride that was just the right size for me, and included a saddle bag and flat kit. I noticed that Sweet Pete's has a high tech Retul lab, which is perfect for any cyclist looking to dial in their positioning.

Open 24hrs, so prices are a little higher than other pho places. Around $9 for a large, but you get your money's worth because the portions are HUGE! They've achieved the perfect noodle to soup ratio.
The soup is one of the best I've had and they do not skimp on the meat either! Fresh tender rare beef + brisket!
Atmosphere is a little dilapidated but so are most pho places, so it's expected.
I'd go here every week if only I lived closer.
