Excellent surgeon. Had a total shoulder replacement in November and surgery went extremely well. Much less after-surgery pain than I expected, great recovery time, great follow-up bu Dr. Lalani. I am booking for other shoulder for next year.

I have been struggling with multiple overlapping chronic pain condition. I was on crazy amounts of opioids & other strong meds that were increasing over 10yrs with zero pain relief. Side effects of these meds left me with many new health issues & loss of my independence/quality of life left me depressed & anxious. Dr Merchant has helped me get off of almost all of my prescription meds(most highly addictive)in a short period of time! We really weren’t expecting the amazing results we experienced.

Dr. Der is hands down the best doctor I have ever met. He is patient, understanding and very thorough. I always feel better when I leave because he makes sure I understand everything and is always professional. The receptionist there is also very nice, what a sweet lady!! Even though they were completely booked they squeezed me in and were very understanding about it and did not at all make me feel rushed. Best medical clinic in Edmonton!
