Service hors pair! Joël a fait l'installation de mon climatiseur mural il y a 8 ans presque jour pour jour. Il m'avait donné un service exceptionnel à ce moment et aujourd'hui, j'ai fait un appel de service en matinée parce que le climatiseur refroidissait moins bien. Hi, I have used Ultra Comfort in Mississauga 2 different times now and have been extremely happy on both occurrences. The first time was for our home furnace/ac and the second was for a gas fireplace. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable plus their service is GREAT. A very nice family owned and operated business. They actually cared about our house and did a great job!

I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. Amazing, honest company! We called regarding our AC unit and Matt gave us options with no pressure to replace the part or the whole unit (which made more sense). Matt and Nick spent all day to ensure our AC and furnace were installed properly and working at the highest efficiency. Highly recommend this company!

I just bought my house and a month later my furnace stopped working, I had never needed to call a heating company before so I looked through the yellowpages and called a few different companies. I spoke to City Gas, they lady that answered the phone was great and their pricing was cheaper than many other companies I had called.
Their technician came to my house within an hour of my call; he was very friendly and professional and he fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with their service and I will defiantly be using them again! Thanks City Gas!
