Edgar Simmons Heating has serviced my furnace annually for 10 years. The service techs who have worked in my home are courteous and knowledgeable and I ve enjoyed my interactions with them. Recently I updated my furnace and air conditioner and Harvey worked through the options with me to choose the right units that met my needs and expectations, rather than overpaying for an overpowered unit that my home didnt require. Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly.
