Have used Pawsitively Perfect regularly for the last 7+ years and it has been a life-saver and pleasure. These guys are wonderful! I was in a bit of a bind with another company who cancelled my booking 3 days before a two week trip to Portugal. Within 4 hours, Vernon was at my property to assess my dog. He took my dog for a 24 hour test trial (this is after my dog seriously barked at Vernon when he came into my home).
Over the next day, Vernon provided multiple updates (with pictures) and was very communicative. I cannot thank them enough! Great team with wonderful service.
