just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.

Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! A great experience and a great staff. Thank you so much.

Nabi (who runs the shop) is kind, helpful and friendly. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, never try to take advantage of people. As a result, they are busy .. but do their best to fit clients in. A tow truck driver suggested this shop and he was right. Five-year customer.

I have known Nisal for years now and he has been excellent with me and all my business dealings with his company. I have read some of the negative comments on here about his company and I find it shocking. Nisal is a decent guy and he wants your business and will do what it takes to get it. Mike was so busy but still took the time to discuss the issues I had with my car. With the clock ticking down on repairs required to complete the safety certification, he fit me in to his busy schedule. I definiately recommend Clarke’s and will use again.

I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. I am sad to see them close their business. I have taken my cars to them for over 20 years. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others, they were pleasant and I felt comfortable leaving my cars in their good hands. Too bad.

Just bought a great BMW 528i from Downsview Place Auto Group. Low mileage, great price. They did the safety themselves at a little extra. And a 4-yr extended warranty. Im happy they advised me on both safety and warranty. Saved me a ton. The car is super and the CARFAX shows no proble. Im one happy camper.
