My family went to shoeless joes this past sunday because we herd it was under new management, and really wanted to try it. We went in and were greated promply. The server was very polite and had great meal suggestions. I informed my waitress about an allergy and they were very accomidating. We had 5 cheese dip for an appitizer, a peppercorn steak and smothered chicken for the meal. IT WAS AMAZING! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the tvs in every booth kept my son occupied. We had a very enjoyable experience. The manager came to the table and enquired how the food and service was. He was very polite and easy to talk to. when the bill came the waitress informed us that it was kids eat free on sundays. That was the icing on the cake. We will be back!

I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. We really needed a ramp for my grandma on short notice and the owner was quick to respond and help us out. He came out and quoted everything no charge and gave us several options to fit our budget. Thanks again Harry.

Thank you joe’s Shell for saving our Christmas! They unlocked my van which was at a 401 on route. I had to leave it thereover night filled with our families Christmas gifts and belongings. The next morning I started once again calling frantically looking for anyone to help. Joe’s shell went to my van took the keys and brought them to their station until I could get back to Tilbury from Windsor. Ol’ Betsy is back and all our belongings are under the tree!

So far my experience with Mike's has been great!
I wish they had more self service options on-line though, would have saved them some annoying phone calls if I could find the info online via a website or Yellow Pages.
