I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. Had a great car selling experience with Frank. Offered a fair price for my vehicle. Met me directly at my home banking branch and paid me the agreed upon price, no games or time wasted. Had multiple dealers who came to view my vehicle to only lowball me in person. He was a straight up guy.
