I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! I went to this health store originally to find some supplements for muscle strengthening and I really liked the selection there. People who work there were helpful and not overly pushy. If you want some good advice related to health supplements or are looking for a specific brand, its the place to go.Will come back
