This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through. The last years of my employment followed Ontario's streamline action to streamline all addiction services so none were duplicated to offer continuity of service and the United Way was our biggest sponsor. Not all addiction agencies survived this process

I've been dealing with this store for many years. Now, with everything going on, I order through the phone and the experience is just as good as it is in the store. For small things, I do go in but for everything else, over the phone. The amazing person I deal with is Tom V. The experience through the phone is incredible, just like in the store.
