My husband and I had excellent service with Derrick Dodge. We had a car accident and had to replace our car. We had difficulties with our credit because of our destroyed car. I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

I have rarely enjoyed purchasing a car as much as I did at Derrick Dodge.
I was in need of a good utility work truck and purchased a Ford F 150 pickup. The price was fair.
I had heard good things about Derrick Dodge from friends and was not disappointed.

I took my increasingly unstable 2006 Murano in to them for a lot of work and new tires. What I received back drove like a brand new vehicle. All proposed work was itemized and explained in detail with a very fair price attached. The staff are some of the best I have encountered and I have no qualms in going back for any issues that may wander along in the future. Amazing service.
