We went to the Gatineau Store and the cashier #1 was Sylvie, her service was excellent. I made a little joke and we had a little laugh. she made sure I was paying the right price and thank me for shopping to Home depot. It made may day specially during the covid.

Amazing staff and selection. Was helped by a young man name Austin, he was incredibly knowledgeable and quick. He helped me cut several pieces of wood and all cuts were perfect. Very great store, will for sure shop here again!

All the employees (Gurpreet & Lori) that I dealt in this location are very helpful. Customer Service is topnotch. The delivery men who brought up my balcony storage chest were also very professional and prompt. I have such positive experience, I will be shopping here again even if I live in North York.

Old style store, fantastic selection of hard to find stuff of high quality. You can buy small alu rivets one at a time ! Unbelieveable. Old guys with lots of mileage and good advice.

The custom window department very efficient. We received good advice about which type of Energy Star glass we should use. No pressure tactics. They even encouraged us to shop around. We did and Rona still came out on top.

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes!
