From the moment I viewed the Scruffy Dog website, I knew that my precious dog; Macy and kitten Bischa just had to be photographed by illona.

Had good and bad experiences here. When I first bought my iphone the lady that was handling the set up was very unprofessional, and treated the new phone like it was hers, touching and leaning on the box. Went in again today to transfer my moms phone to my old iphone and Andy the associate was very courteous and professional, did everything that had to be done. Thanks Andy

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

I recently used Flowersmart to send flowers to my dearest friend who just got out of the hospital. From the moment I called the store, I felt very confident in what she suggested. She listened to what my friend liked and offered wonderful help. Such a pleasure dealing with someone who knows their stock and can help find the perfect flowers. I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.
