My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. Each of his offices, (in Metrotown, President Plaza and Henderson) are very convenient to go to with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Herman Shen and Associates to all of my friends.

Called them looking for a 15 year old part. I talked to Doug he told me he'd have a look and call me back. He called me back, told me he found one. He delivered it to my house and charged me nothing. That kind of service is impossible to find any more!

Best repair store in the lower mainland. Amazing and talented guys that match their customer service and client care! They always remember my face in the mall and always ask how I’m doing! Been to a lot of repair stores but no one does it like them. They use quality/original parts so you never have to get them fixed again. Amazing people and amazing work keep up the good work guys. They also have a variety of cases and screen protectors!

My husband and I worked with Alex (the owner and jeweller) to have a ring created for me. He was extremely humble and accomodating--he even offered to open up on a Sunday if that would work better with my schedule. We are amazed with the results--the attention to detail and quality of workmanship is unparallelled.
