Okay, I realize that there are not a tonne of public, and for that matter private, courses in the city but you could easily include any of the courses in the 'burbs and still call this the best course. Fraserview was once considered for the PGA tour and would have been used had the city let them lengthen a couple of holes. Oh well, perhaps this keeps this gem of a course a little less busy. Perched high up from the Fraser River you would never know you are smack dab in the middle of a major residential area of the city of Vancouver. Challenging and beautiful this course has another major thing going for it...the green fees. They are so reasonable it is shocking and particularly if you are playing with a junior the rates are very reasonable. The clubhouse is also excellent and offers a wide variety of food and drinks that you can enjoy on the patio while watching players come home on 18...for my money the most challenging hole on the course...but that may be because I lose a ball in the ravine every time I play there! If you are a golfer you HAVE to play Fraserview.

I found this place of eatery very accommodating,The service was very good to say the least, was walked to my table and Dim Sum menu placed on the tabled along with the hot pot of Jasmine Tea.
The atmosphere was very nice.The food selection was a very good choice for a lunch menu and not to be forgotten all hot food was hot not warm or tepid.
The service was spontaneous there was no waiting when looking for another plate of this delicious Dim Sum hot food or deserts.
I had inquired about the dinner menu and was informed that it was an experience that one would have to be in attendance to fully appreciate .
They have there own Dim Sum chef which to me explains as to why this restaurant is one that should be selected to enjoy a lunch as well dinner as I have .
5 stars shining in full illumination.

We arrived a little late for without reservations, but the restaurant had a table and seated us immediately (was a full house).
My dinner companion ordered a glass of wine (sauvignon blanc) which was delivered promptly. I had Shiraz.
We ordered the salade. The salad was crisp, fresh with crunch toasted walnuts, sweet roasted beets, and tangy raspberry viniagrette. The prawns were fabulous, seared tender and sweet, prepared with lemon butter, tomatoes and capers.
Our entrees were the New York steak and she ahd salmon. Both were very good, prepared just right with a light charred crust.
Did not stay for dessert, as we were out of time and had other commitments (hotel reservation) and a curfew.
Our server was attentive, without being intrusive, and very helpful with explaining the menu choices. Unfortunately, he was a he.
Room was dark, clean, lots of wood tones... room is a little packed, but acceptable because the darkness assured privacy.

The Riverside crew worked quickly and efficiently to re-pipe our entire house. There were no job interruptions and they saw the job through in record time. Clean professional work, fair and competitive pricing. We will call on them again for future service needs and will recommend them to family and friends.

Unbelievable customer service every time I have had any contact with any of the staff. I ordered a product from them that they had to have shipped in specially for me. I paid a deposit for it and then decided I didn’t need it after all. The product had already shipped but they still refunded me no questions asked.

Jeffrey and Raven are my stylists of choice. They are super efficient, really friendly, and full of personality. What I loved most of all, of course, was the quality of the cut I got. I used to use a barber downtown but no longer! Zoom is a little pricier than what I paid but worth every penny!
