I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. They did all the paper work which was a HUGE help because I was leaving Ottawa. I had a good experience so just wanted to give them a thumbs up. Thanks guys!

Amazing, helpful and friendly service! I had a flat tire at a nearby gas station around 5pm after work today. I managed to slowly drive over and the people at gifford we’re so welcoming and eager to help! They reassured me everything was going to be okay and patched up my tire then sent me on my way in 20 minutes! I have never felt so at home and in good hands with a garage. Amazing service and care.
