Its one less thing to worry about when moving into a new home. Furnishing a new home can be daunting at first. We had read many bad stories from many companies but only can tell you of the good experience we had at Arrow Furniture. From the experience at the store until the drivers left our house we had nothing but excellent service. After doing our research and reading many reviews we finally made our decision to buy from Arrow Furniture. Even their service department handled a minor issue in a timely manner.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
