The flat tire on my car seized and when I was unable to get it off, I called L&M. They immediately sent a guy out to help me, he was kind and good at his job. Cheers for running such an openhanded and generous business.

once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I am so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic who knows what to look for and how to solve problems !

Wow if I could give a 10 I would. Emily and Kyra both dealt with me and what a great customer service experience. Very professional and diligent and thankyou for the free oil change. I thought maybe a small discount but Kyra went far further than expected. I applaud Emily and Kyra for being in this field as women. So proud of you. You can expect my return for future. I noticed a screw in my tire at the car wash, it was Saturday noon of long weekend. I was going out if town, but not with a screw loose in my tire, one in my head is bad enough.lol Anyway I called around, Midas said if I got my truck in shortly, they would have it repaired by 4:00pm. They succeeded in between other appointments, did the inner patch repair, plus did a 55 point no charge inspection.

Best Mechanic I have ever had. Honest and reliable. Very reasonable prices. Very passionate about cars. He only fixes the issues with no upsale. It is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. I trust him completely. I have used them a few times over the past 6 years and have found him to go way above and beyond to make you happy. I am sure, like myself, once you use him, you will never search for another mechanic again. I find them to be very honest and reasonable.
