About a month ago I realized that need something more than just the same boring workout routine. so I signed up here and have loved every minute of it. the trainers are amazing and the group of people that go here keep you energized and motivated. it's a really great place to get your sweat on and have some fun at the same time. highly recommend giving it a try

We have been to IHop in Sherwood Park two or three times a week and have had the best service with the waiters and waitresses. I would recommend IHop to everyone.

I had such a great experience here. Donnie was the one who helped me and he was so much fun!! All I needed was a my coolant to be checked and sure enough it was nearly empty. He filled it up checked my oil and topped it off, checked my tire pressure and filled up a tire that was very low, while making me laugh the entire time. And at the end of it, he didn't charge me one penny!!! I will definitely be going to this location for my oil changes etc... from now on!! Thanks so much Donnie!!

This daycare is absolutely incredible. All the educators take such good care of the children, they truly love working with children. Management is so helpful and answers any of my questions, they all make me feel right at home. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my children to be in.

I spoke Brandon today about a tire we needed repaired and he was extremely helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about his kindness and how compassionately he treated my son and myself.
