Excelling in customer service, the staff are very product-knowledgeable and helpful. If you're not sure what premium food or treat to feed your dog, they will recommend a product suited to your dog based on it's health and lifestyle. They gladly provide you with food samples to try out and garantee their food products.
The store alone is beautifully decorated and colorful. It's an experience to simply visit it.

As former customers, we highly recommend Benjis Place. The grooming is excellent and the care and love provided to our dogs by Bea is rare in the grooming business today. We appreciated being able to leave our dogs on the way to work and pick them up on the way home (no charge)

Ben and company did the electrical work for our new summer home in Black Point. It was a first class effort in every respect: responsiveness, professionalism, understanding of needs, quality of work and reasonable cost. Also the neatest wiring I have ever seen - it was almost a shame to cover it with drywall!

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. Provided superb service in our time of need. We had difficulty with our vehicle on the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton,N.S. He drove 4 hours to pick us up and four hours back down the trail to a hotel and dropped off our vehicle to be fixed. Very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful man!!!
