The Holly Tree has been providing floral services for me for the past 5 years. Each and every time, I have been more than pleased with the quality of the floral bouquets, the prompt service, great delivery people and the helpfulness of Sandy and her staff. Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.

Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.

I went to this health store originally to find some supplements for muscle strengthening and I really liked the selection there. People who work there were helpful and not overly pushy. If you want some good advice related to health supplements or are looking for a specific brand, its the place to go.Will come back
